Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Vienna sausage
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. melted fat
    1/2 onion, minced
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Cut off tops of 6 peppers.
    Remove the seeds and fillers. Cook in
    boiling water 2 or 3 minutes.
    Drain and fill. Moisten with water or juice from sausage and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
