German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    6 precooked, diced potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain.
    Saute onion in fat until golden brown. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in water and vinegar.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in potatoes and the crumbled bacon.
