Creole Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sliced okra
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margainre
    3/4 c. chopped tomato
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute okra, onion and green pepper in butter 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
    Yields two servings.
