Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. carrots, diced
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green peppers, diced
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Boil vinegar and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
    Add Crisco oil and pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate 24 hours.
