Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper (sweet)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed
    2 c. bean sprouts (about 5 oz.)
Preparation
    Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sherry and ginger.
    Coat wok or large skillet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Heat over high heat. Brown chicken and garlic. Remove. Stir-fry peppers, celery, mushrooms and snow peas for 2 minutes. Add soy mixture and chicken.
    Cook 2 minutes. Add sprouts and heat through.
