Peanut Butter Blossom - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. can cream
1 (6 oz.) bag Hershey Kisses

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except Kisses. Shape into balls and roll each ball in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Remove. Press Kiss into center of each cookie. Return to oven for 2 minutes. Remove and let cool.
