Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed in 1/2-inch squares
    1 lb. Colby cheese, cubed in 1/2-inch squares
    flour
    salt and pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Cut cheeses into squares.
    Lightly grease or Pam a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Divide macaroni into 2 parts.
    Layer half the macaroni in casserole.
    Sprinkle half of both cheeses over macaroni layer.
    Dust with flour (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup).
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer remaining macaroni on top of first layer.
    Add remaining cheeses.
    Dust with flour again and salt and pepper.
    Cover with milk.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until brown and crusty on top.
