Broccoli Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Add broccoli, rice, soup and half a pound of Velveeta, cut into cubes.
    Stir until the cheese is melted.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with remaining Velveeta, sliced, and continue baking until cheese begins to melt.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
