Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    cooking oil (to cover chicken)
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Coat chicken with flour. Dip in buttermilk and then coat in flour again. Heat oil. Add chicken, 4 or 5 pieces at a time.
    Fry until brown on one side. Turn and brown on other side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve hot.
