Chicken Gumbo(Louisiana Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken fryer, cut in pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 qt. water
    1 tsp. hot red pepper
    1 qt. fried okra
    1 ripe tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Cook chicken in 2 tablespoons oil until it changes color, then add celery, garlic, bell pepper and flour.
    Stir for 5 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, water and red pepper.
    In skillet fry okra, without flour or meal.
    Then drain on paper towels when done. Just 1/2 hour before everything is done add okra and tomato.
    May add more salt and water if needed.
