Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread, remove crust
milk
1 lb. crabmeat
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Break bread into small pieces.
Moisten with milk.
Press out excess milk.
Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into cakes. Fry until brown.
