Moist Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    5 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    2 sticks whipped margarine or 8 oz. carton soft whipped margarine
    1 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
    Add flour and milk alternately. Stir in vanilla.
    Save 1/2 cup batter to add to icing.
    Bake in lightly greased tube pan at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
