Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and water in large saucepan.
    Use a large saucepan or it will boil over.
    Heat and stir to dissolve cocoa.
    Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Pour into sterilized pint jar, store covered in refrigerator.
    Keeps for several weeks.
