Pumpkin Bread * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 lb. canned pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients but flour.
    Add flour.
    Bake on greased and floured loaf pans (2) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tester comes out dry.
