Baked Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken, boned
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken with onion, celery salt and pepper until chicken is tender.
    If more meat is desired, cook 1/2 pound veal.
    Add remaining ingredients in order given.
    Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan (greased) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with mushroom sauce or chicken gravy.
