Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
40 to 45 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender, then cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix sour cream, soup and chicken together. Melt butter and crumble up crackers. Mix your butter, crackers and poppy seed together. Pour half of cracker mix in bottom of bowl. Pour your chicken mixture on top, then pour remaining cracker mix on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
