Ground Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped potatoes
    1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. French's beef stew mix
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 can English peas, undrained
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes, carrots and onions; cook until tender in small amount of water.
    Brown beef in skillet; drain off fat. Add beef stew mix and mix well before adding to cooked vegetables. Pour in tomato juice, peas and ketchup.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
