Onion Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large white onions, sliced
2 large red onions, sliced
12 green onions, sliced (with some green tops, too)
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pepper (white if you have)
4 c. Havarti cheese or Swiss
3/4 c. dry white wine or use chicken broth
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam. Separate onions into rings, put layer of each into dish, then some cheese and butter. Repeat. Pour over wine or broth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. If onion and cheese start to get brown, cover with foil.
