Woodward House Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab, drained well
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (fine)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Add other ingredients to crab meat.
    Add 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, 1 teaspoon parsley, 1/2 cup light cream (half and half), salt and pepper to crab and toss lightly.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until bubbly.
