Peanut Butter Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook sugar, milk and butter in a 3-quart mixing bowl.
Cook on Full power for 10 to 13 minutes.
Stir 3 times during cooking time. Beat in the marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla until creamy. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
