Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. mei fun
    2 steamed chicken breasts
    1 head shredded lettuce
    3 green onions
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    1 small sliced cucumber
    3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. toasted nuts
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    7 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
    1/4 tsp. Chinese 5-spice (optional)
Preparation
    Break apart mei fun (rice noodles) and deep fry in hot oil, above 350\u00b0.
    Noodles will fry within seconds and will be white and crisp when done.
    Drain and set aside.
