Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. noodles, cooked (2 c.)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. celery
    3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and green pepper in hot fat until onion is golden.
    Add soy sauce and tomato soup.
    Heat to boiling.
    Pour over noodles and mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    More noodles can be added to stretch casserole.
