Cheddar Artichoke Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. light mayo
3/4 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
1/8 t. garlic salt
1/8 t. lemon pepper
1 jar drained chopped marinated artichokes
1 pkg. thawed puff pastry dough
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients well.
Cut pastry into 2 inch squares.
Top each square with 1 tablespoon mixture.
Top mixture with another pastry square.
Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Place on a well greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with fancy toothpicks.
