Gone All Afternoon Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean stew meat
4 to 5 carrots, peeled and sliced into circles
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 to 1 can water
1 tsp. salt
cracked pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 to 3/4 c. sherry
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
