Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs (1 at a time)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Put in four 1-pound coffee cans that have been greased and dusted with flour.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Take out of cans and put on cookie rack to cool.
