Golden Nugget Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. cheese, cut into 16 cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Shape around cheese cube to make 16 meatballs.
    Dredge in flour. Brown in bacon drippings over medium heat in a large skillet.
    Pour off drippings.
    Drain well. Pour tomato sauce over meatballs in skillet.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove cover and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
