Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers or hot bread for a meal. Serves 12.
