Zesty Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until done; drain, cool, then cut into cubes. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Stir in potatoes, bacon, eggs and onions.
    Cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Yields 6 servings.
