Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz.)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix (about 4 oz.)
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well. Mix all other ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
Place broccoli in 2-quart baking dish.
Pour over ingredients over broccoli.
Combine stuffing mix and melted butter.
Sprinkle around edge of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. (This is better if prepared and refrigerated overnight and baked next day.)
