1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. sugar
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Bake pie shell and chill.
Spread ice cream evenly over cold pie shell and freeze.
