Mama'S Dressing For Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. mustard seed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Beat the eggs in top of double boiler.
Add the flour, sugar and dry mustard; blend well.
Heat the vinegar and butter.
Add slowly to egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
Cook in double boiler until thickened.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Return to heat until it boils.
Cool and serve over potato salad.
