Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    4 large tortilla shells (flour)
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    grated Cheddar cheese
    pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
Preparation
    Mix beef and picante sauce.
    Heat in microwave for about 5 minutes.
    On medium heat, heat skillet or griddle.
    Lay one tortilla shell in hand and fill half of shell with 1/4 meat mixture.
    Sprinkle with both cheeses and a couple slices of peppers.
    Fold top of shell over filling and heat on griddle until pretty and brown.
    Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. if desired.
