Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 good-sized squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    2 c. shredded cheese
    poultry seasoning to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Saute onion in oleo until tender.
    Mix squash, onion, soup, egg, and Stove Top stuffing and 1/2 of cheese.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 35 minutes.
    The last 5 minutes, sprinkle rest of cheese on top and let cheese melt.
