Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. black walnuts or pecans
    4 c. diced apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    When cool, top with Caramel Frosting, if desired.
