Pork With Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 to 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    22 (6-inch) bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Preparation
    In a shallow glass dish, mix 2 tablespoons of the soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of the lemon juice, oil, garlic and salt.
    Add pork and toss to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Drain marinade from meat; reserve marinade.
