Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Stove Top dressing
    3 long yellow neck squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small jar diced pimientos
Preparation
    Prepare dressing as directed on package, using only 1 cup of water; set aside.
    Put squash and onion in skillet with just enough water to steam nearly done.
    Salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Mix sour cream, soup and pimientos.
