Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
    8 oz. Velveeta
    1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. bacon or bits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skin on, peel and dice.
    In a bowl mix all ingredients but bacon.
    Put in buttered casserole.
    Cook, drain and chop bacon and put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour or put in a slow cooker.
