Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

plain pastry for 9-inch pie
5 to 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced (about 5 c.)
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Line pie pan with pastry.
In large bowl, toss apple slices with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon to cover.
Arrange in pastry shell.
Mix flour and 1/3 cup sugar; cut in margarine until coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
