Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
3-4 potatoes
1 medium onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops; brown in skillet on both sides. Layer sliced potatoes in 13x9 baking dish, then sliced onions, top with browned pork chops. Mix mushroom soup and milk together, pour over layered mixture. Bake covered in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are done. Remove cover last 10 minutes to brown top.
