Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    6 oz. bag chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans pieces
Preparation
    Mix cake according to box and add 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 3/4 cup margarine.
    Pour half of the batter into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
