Ham Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 to 2 c. chopped ham
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 can water
    3/4 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until tender; add bouillon diluted with 1 soup can water, rice and ham.
    Cover and cook slowly 30 minutes.
