Eggs For A Bunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
2 c. diced ham or sausage
3 c. croutons
broccoli, chopped (optional)
onion and green or red peppers (optional)
2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted oleo
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Layer croutons, then ham, then cheese on top.
In blender, whip milk, oleo, eggs and mustard until fluffy.
Pour egg mixture over layers in pan.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Let set a few minutes before serving.
