Microwave Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. apples, peeled and sliced (about 7 tart)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
pastry for 9-inch double crust pie
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Mix lightly with apples and lemon juice.
Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Cut 5 to 6 slits on top of crust.
Microwave on High 8 minutes.
Place in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
