Carrot-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to equal 2 cups.
    Bring to boil.
    Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved then add pineapple and carrots.
    Refrigerate until Jell-O sets.
