Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. or 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together celery, onion and mayonnaise.
    Mix together all ingredients and put 2 tubes crushed Ritz crackers on top.
    Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over crackers.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
