Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/3 c. corn meal
    2 c. grated American cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and let stand 30 minutes.
    Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0 until firm in the center.
