Spaghetti Sauce To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    2 onions
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    4 to 5 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. canning salt
    2 hot peppers or to taste
    1 large green pepper
    4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients except oil and paste for 3 hours.
    Run through strainer or food processor.
    Cook 1 hour longer and add oil and tomato paste.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes longer.
    Can or freeze.
    Ready when you need sauce; just add whatever meat you desire.
