Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 1/2 c. potato water
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
    7 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm potato water.
    Mix sugar and shortening together; add eggs, yeast, potatoes and flour.
    Mix well; cover and let rise in refrigerator overnight.
    Take out what you need and make out into rolls and let rise, about 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
