Sunny Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 more c. water and pineapple juice
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. diced pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add pineapple juice and water, vinegar and half of the salt. Chill until thick. Add pineapple, nuts and carrots.
Add the other half of the salt.
Mix well with Jell-O and chill.
