Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    shredded lettuce (1 head)
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bag Doritos taco chips, crushed
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef and onion.
    Set aside.
    Mix rest of ingredients and toss.
    Pour hot meat on mixture.
    Toss with 1 small bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing or 1 small bottle Thousand Island dressing and 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
